It starts with location. Our program is designed to help you review and analyze top site locations using the latest tools and mapping technology. Design and Construction Design and construction of all EARL OF SANDWICH® restaurants are based on strict quality standards. Approved architects will provide you with architectural drawings and assist with the contractor bidding process.

Training

Training begins early with EARL OF SANDWICH®. Certification includes all facets of running the restaurant and is achieved with a comprehensive three week initial training program involving the owner and the management team.

Marketing

The EARL OF SANDWICH® marketing support begins with in store marketing support and continues with point of sale material to help generate sales and increase brand awareness.

Operations

To help your franchise prosper, our operations support begins before the first Sandwich is made. We'll assist with pre opening support and on site training. Periodic visits will be made to your store to assess your operations and help you to create a successful restaurant for the long term.
