EOS strives to maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure that the information you share with EOS is handled in a safe, secure and responsible manner. Whether you are making purchases on our Website or in our restaurants, EOS has security measures to help protect against loss, unauthorized access, and alteration of the information in EOS's control. EOS's IT department uses firewalls and Windows security on the EOS server to protect against invasion. Although no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and EOS cannot ensure against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data, EOS takes reasonable precautions to prevent such occurrences.

Credit Card

Because your credit card security is a high priority, EOS and EOS's third party processing merchants take numerous steps to ensure your payment information is processed confidentially. EOS understands if you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card information to us over the Internet; therefore, EOS will accept your valid payment when you visit an EOS restaurant location or contact an EOS restaurant location via telephone. If you wish to purchase a gift card please visit the nearest EOS restaurant and indicate that you wish to purchase a gift card.

While EOS supports the protection of privacy on the internet, EOS cannot be responsible for the actions of any third-party websites.
